Sneaky’s Shock Poker

This 2 pronged Short Spear (Small sized, 1d4 dmg, x2 crit, 20 ft range, 1.5 lb) is carved with arcane runes that give off a faint magical glow. It is designed to fold in 3 places (Below the head and halfway down the haft) for easier concealment on the body. The user may expend an arcane spell slot to charge the poker with +1d6/ per spell level (Max +5D6) electrical damage that is released via command word while holding the weapon. Once activated all charges held are expended at once. If the command word is given before a ranged attack that misses all charges are still expended. While the poker is not fully charged any electrical damage taken by the holder of this weapon has a 20% chance of giving the poker 1 charge.
